

In early 2005, Mr. Kashani completed acquisition of this property which directly abuts the Rivoli Longs Drugs property. This acquisition required an all cash purchase as no lease with the tenant was in place at closing. Kashani raised the necessary equity and closed on the acquisition. Within 30 days of closing, a long-term lease with the existing tenant was executed creating a sizeable added value for the partners.
