In the fall of 2005, Mr. Kashani led the acquisition of this 22,000 square-foot office building on an 1.8-acre site. As this property’s rents had already hit bottom, the partners expect to add value through a combination of repositioning the property as well as expected changes in the office market in the greater Bay Area.
